Our Mission
The Barrington Police Benevolent Association (BPBA) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit association of 23 member officers from the Barrington Police Department that acts as the liaison between the police department and the community. The Association’s objectives are benevolent, charitable, civic, patriotic, educational and assisting in community endeavors.
Our Programs
Annually, the BPBA meets this goal through our “Shop with a Cop” programs and by awarding scholarships to graduating seniors of Barrington High School. The BPBA also makes donations and supports Barrington’s Relay for Life, Special Olympics and supports police officers and their families dealing with illnesses. These are just some of the ways the BPBA touches the lives of families living in the Barrington Area throughout the year.
